A group of us went in for lunch that had a reservation at 11:30. It took 30 minutes before the orders were taken and then another 30-45 minutes before receiving our food. Desserts took that long as well and were brought to the table before our meals were. I called in my order at 11 and told them I would be there at 12. When I arrived I was told my lunch would be brought to the table. It arrived 10 minutes later and was cold. I really want to support local as I am a local business owner as well. We only have a certain amount of time for lunch, this is why the reservation was made so we could eat and enjoy lunch during our lunch hour.
